Founder
Dylan Zingle brings hands-on experience from machine shops, production floors, and engineering operations to Agora Connections. A mechanical engineering graduate with a passion for process optimization, Dylan understands the real-world operational challenges businesses face. His technical background and entrepreneurial drive uniquely equip him to build systems that work, scale, and simplify day-to-day business.
Meet Jesse McCarthy
CTO
Jesse McCarthy has been building applications, physics systems, and game engines since 2008, bringing deep technical experience to Agora Connections. He has worked in manufacturing environments developing custom server applications for company-wide analytics and operational tools, giving him a strong understanding of real-world business needs.
For over five years, Jesse has supported clients with custom ERP deployments, specializing in eCommerce, accounting, inventory management, project tracking, and more. As CTO, he focuses on creating robust, scalable systems that prepare businesses to confidently adopt automation and A.I. driven tools.
